Impactful ideas need two things:
strategic clarity, and the ability
to execute. We were built for both.
The Studio
We develop and produce work that travels — features, series, and shorts rooted in the region and finished to an international standard. Financing, regulation, operations, audiences: we engage with all of it, firsthand.
The Practice
We partner with governments, cultural institutions, and the private sector to design strategies, policies, and programs — across culture, media, sports, tourism, and the sectors still being invented.
Where we work.

Enabling a world-class sporting event
Client won the bid to host a large-scale regional sporting event but lacked a clear understanding of infrastructure, hosting, and logistics needs. We delivered a comprehensive feasibility study covering market potential, infrastructure readiness, funding strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
Economic impact calculator for a film sector incentive
Built a granular economic impact model for a national film incentive program — assessing job creation, FDI multipliers, downstream industry effects, and benchmarking against global competitors. The output became the policy's quantitative backbone.
Building a national strategy for a cultural entity
Developed a 5-year national strategy for a cultural organization — mapping vision, programming pillars, audience strategy, commercial sustainability, and KPI architecture. From mission statement to year-by-year execution roadmap.
Unlocking commercial offerings for a media & broadcasting entity
Diagnosed underperforming commercial verticals across a state-affiliated broadcaster — restructured the offering, repriced inventory, redesigned the partnership model, and stood up a sales operating system that could actually be run by the team.
